Uniform

Please aim to have your child wearing the correct uniform by their 3rd week of class. To order this, please email Oonagh saying what you'd like. Oonagh will be in touch to confirm sizes and will invoice you.

Ballet - Girls

Pre-primary and Primary classes (ages up to around 7 years).

Aqua coloured skirted leotard, pale pink ballet socks, and pink leather or satin full-soled ballet shoes with elastic. They may also wear a white cotton crossover cardigan as an extra layer. Ballet tights may be worn but we prefer socks at this level.

Grades 1 to 3 (ages roughly 8-11)
Royal blue sleeveless leotard, and pink ballet tights, with pink leather or canvas full-sole ballet shoes with elastic. They may also wear a navy blue cotton crossover cardigan as an extra layer.

Grades 4-5 (ages roughly 12-14)
Navy blue cotton sleeveless leotard, pink ballet tights, and pink leather or canvas split-sole ballet shoes with elastic.They may wear a navy blue crossover cardigan as an extra layer.

Grade 6- Intermediate (age roughly 15+)
Black camisole strap leotard, pink ballet tights, canvas split sole ballet shoes.

Ballet - Boys

White t-shirt, with black or navy shorts. White ballet socks and white leather full sole ballet shoes.

For exams, boys wear a white leotard with black shorts over it.
Older boys wear black tights over a white leotard.

Modern

Royal blue sleeveless leotard (as our Grade 1-4 ballet uniform), with black shorts worn over the leotard. Bare feet.

Boys wear black shorts or dance trousers and a royal blue t-shirt.

Contemporary

Our royal blue sports t-shirt with Bourn to Dance logo on the back, with black leggings.  Bare feet,  and foot thongs are advisable in the senior class.
